Best service around. Honest and upfront. I had called roto rooter because it was the first thing that popped up on my phone and they tried to charge me $800, I had sent them away and called Sureflow. They were here within a couple hours and they did the job for half the price and explained everything as to what was going on and why. This will be the only company I use going forward and recommending to friends and family if in need.

I had a blocked sewer line from my house to the street. Raw sewage was backing up and into my house. The absolute worst nightmare scenario. I called in the morning, they were there THAT afternoon. They unclogged the drain (Thank God), then using cameras in the pipes and sonar to locate the buried sewer line which tree roots had clogged were able to fix it. This family owned plumbing company is your one and only call. Delighted. Homerun.

Sureflow Rooter Service and Drain Cleaning arrived today ontime as scheduled. They successfully cleared my home's main sewer line! There was very good and patient communication with the person who answered the phone when explaining the issue and setting up an appointment. Steve, who is part of this family owned business, arrived to take care of my main line problem. I found him very knowledgeable with 15+ years of experience, professional, skilled and personable. I was also impressed with the equipment used. The main sewer line was completely blocked for many months. (I previously had another company here who was unsuccessful in clearing the drain after about 1+ hours work and ~$600 later. It was not bad service but costly for not working out.) Back to Sureflow's services I received today. The main sewer line was cleared, a camera inspection was performed, (I was welcomed to view the camera imaging while it was performed). We both noticed a considerable rough build-up which he explained as scaling that does occur over the decades in a cast iron drain line, narrowing it. I decided to have Steve, after explaining the process and answering all my questions, go ahead and Hydro-jet the main line, wow surprisingly very powerful! Another camera inspection was done, the Hydro-jetting noticably removed the scaling build-up! Looked to me like a fresh start for the main sewer line! I highly recommend Sureflow Rooter Service. I found their pricing for services I received today to be quite fair and amounted to considerably less than any of my previous experiences with plumbing issues. I called this company because the drain pipe on my washing machine was leaking onto my basement floor. I received an appointment the same day that I called. Justin fixed the issue within 40 minutes. He did a great job and explained in detail what happened and what to do to avoid it happening again. I was also very pleased with the cost..very reasonable!

Justin and Steve were upfront, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My main line was completely backed up due to roots compromising the pipes. They came in and cut through everything to the street. Quoted us about half the price another company gave us to replace all the way from the foundation to the street. Also gave alternatives for maintenance. Would recommend to anyone.
